Lead To Excel, USA offers a comprehensive 12-session academy and a condensed 6-session academy.
Programs may be delivered at schools, colleges, community centers, municipal facilities, houses of worship, nonprofit facilities, or other approved locations.
Yes. The curriculum may be adapted to reflect local priorities, participant needs, institutional goals, and available resources.
Recruitment responsibilities are established during program planning. Lead To Excel, USA may assist with recruitment strategy, promotional language, orientation materials, and outreach guidance. Final enrollment responsibilities should be clearly outlined in the program agreement.
No. Parents and guardians may be encouraged or invited to attend the final graduation and Call to Action presentations, but their attendance is not mandatory.
The Call to Action is a final student presentation addressing an issue selected by the participant. Students explain the issue, summarize relevant information, and recommend a possible solution or action.
Certificates of completion may be provided to participants who meet the program’s attendance and participation requirements.
Success may be measured through attendance, participation, student surveys, instructor observations, skill assessments, final presentations, completion rates, and feedback from the sponsoring organization.
